SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Sploot Club! We are dedicated to bringing high-quality, curated pet gear straight to your doorstep. To ensure we can offer unique designs, curated quality, and Free Standard Shipping on our items, we partner directly with premium manufacturers and fulfillment centers worldwide.

1. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Because we ship directly from our partnered fulfillment networks to keep your costs low and quality high, please refer to the following estimated delivery times:
  • United States: 8 – 15 business days
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While most orders arrive on the earlier side, occasionally unexpected customs checks, regional carrier delays, or extreme weather may extend delivery windows slightly.

2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • Tracking numbers may take 48-72 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment.
  • You can track your package directly on our website via our Track Order Page or through major global tracking networks (like 17track or USPS).

3. Multiple Packages / Split Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally be shipped from different partner facilities.
If this happens, your items will arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Don't worry—you will receive a unique tracking number for each package, and you will never be charged extra for split shipping.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our US customers, standard pet essential orders rarely incur any customs or import duties due to threshold regulations. However, Sploot Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Sploot Club is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly before reaching out to our support.
